Our policy is very straightforward. We really, really, really care about our community and our property. Hence, do as you please but make sure your actions do not IN ANY WAY disturb other people or damage any part of the property. Pretty simple, isn’t it?
During the entire stay at Fabrika Hostel & Suites, all guests are required to take our hostel’s house rules into consideration and act accordingly. Failure to do so can lead to termination of the agreement with the contracting party.
Fabrika Hostel & Suites reserves the right to deny the guest admission or ask the resident(s) to leave the hostel in case the guest(s) or accompanying person(s) act in such a way that disturbs the normal operation of the hostel, creates unsafe, illegal or offensive environment.
Guests are solely responsible for the behavior of the people they bring on the hostel property; guests staying at the hostel will be accountable for any damage or problem created by the accompanying people. If necessary, the guests and accompanying people will be requested to leave the hostel premises. We are not obliged to specify reasons for the request. In such cases, all charges will be immediately payable by the guest.
You can only book to stay with us at Fabrika for up to 30 days at any one time. After this, you won’t be allowed to stay for 14 days, after which you can then stay for a further 30 days.
Guests who have been evicted will not receive a refund.
We are not responsible and do not assume any liability for any bodily harm, theft, loss or damage to any personal belongings. Please use the provided lockers for added safety.
The guest may be responsible for repairing or replacing any property of Fabrika Hotel & suites that is impaired or mislaid by the guest.
Lost key card fee is 3GEL.
If you want to leave luggage, here are several rules, that you should keep in mind:
– You can leave your luggage with us before check in for free (starting midnight of your check in date).
– After check out you can leave your luggage with us for free as well. However, only until end of the day 00:00.
– Storage for 1 or more extra days comes at an extra cost. (request/inquire about the exact rates at the reception)
– Unpacking or changing in the luggage room is not allowed.
– Access to your luggage will be restricted, unless you want to retrieve it. Make sure you have everything you need beforehand! – If your luggage is not picked up in time you will be charged for extra time.
For security reasons some common areas are under video surveillance.
