The development of conscience is intertwined with the exploration of the environment, its resources and forms of communication. „Utilities“ attempts the to reflect upon and illustrate these interconnections. Monetary translation of natural resources, utility policy, environmentalism and many more layers will exemplify forms of creative cooperation with the surroundings.
